The milk processed by Industria casearia Silvio Belladelli S.P.A. is of 100% ITALIAN ORIGIN. The selection and qualification of suppliers is based on strict parameters defined by the company, such as: the  CLASSIFARM animal welfare assessment  (>70/100), the characteristics of the milk suitable for dairy processing,  health and hygiene compliance and export recognition.

Milk control and safety standards

Quality Controls

The processed milk is subjected to quality control carried out directly at the barn by authorized technicians and important recognition of payment premium for the milk quality. This allows continuous control and improvement of milk quality.


Milk for dairy processing

All the milk that is used is the product obtained from the regular, uninterrupted and complete milking of animals in good health.

All farms, before being able to deliver milk to us, must undergo strict health and hygiene controls defined by the National Health Bodies.

Internal laboratories

Inside the company there are 2 laboratories for the control and verification of the chemical and bacteriological values of milk, cream, whey and derivatives and water.

Sampling

At the entrance, each tank is sampled and analyzed. The milk is identified and sent to the internal laboratory where specialized technicians proceed with evaluation and analysis with MILKOSCAN and rapid tests.

External laboratories

All outgoing liquid products are subjected to analysis based on the parameters and limits set out in the internal Control Plan, which also includes official analyses and sampling for sending to accredited external laboratories, specific to the type of analysis.
