Internal laboratories

We carry out in the internal laboratories both daily and weekly:

Screening analysis for incoming and outgoing raw materials

Microbial analysis for the conformity of liquid products, for the monitoring of production lines, for environmental buffers and for cleaning verifications

Analysis of process-, supply- and waste- waters

External laboratories

We entrust external accredited laboratories ACCREDIA for the following analysis:

For product compliance with milk, cream, whey and cheese

For nutritional and chemical analysis and quality payment

For Exhaust & Emissions, Environmental & EWC Codes

For microbiological, pathogenic, residue, pesticide, dioxin similar analyses

Production procedures

Each operation in the production of TUTTO ITALIANO cheese and cream and whey derivatives is repeated with professional technique, recording every parameter and phase daily, with traceability and tracking of the product. 

We transform milk for supply chains and subcontracting, guaranteeing its precise separation and identification

We also carry out subcontractors for the concentration and filtration of external whey, in separate lines avoiding cross-contamination.

Certifications

All our productions are Halal certified.
All whey is also Kosher certified.
