Thanks to our commitment to research and development, we innovated and patented a drying plant for whey permeate, achieving improved product characteristics compared to competitors.
What makes our whey so special? Belladelli whey is derived from the production process of TUTTO ITALIANO cheese, which is based on high quality milk, mechanical cleaning of the milk, curd cooking below the whey protein denaturation temperature of 56°C, no use animal rennet, no addition of lysozyme and is Kosher and Halal certified.

Product obtained from ultrafiltration of whey and dried using the innovative patent DWB Proteins Srl. The quality of our permeate stands out clearly from the others.
