Whey permeate
Whey permeate is a product obtained from ultrafiltration of whey by concentration processes of evaporation, crystallization and drying.
Our whey permeate powder is advantageous as it can replace conventional whey, skimmed milk and lactose powders, and because it ensures easy dosage and standardized production for the customer.

The spraying plant follows an alternative process (from spray dryer) patented by DWB Proteins Srl.
Thanks to this innovative process, our product stands out from the rest for:
thanks to the high degree of lactose crystallization >96% which makes it non-hygroscopic (crystallization of spray dryer is around 85%)
and does not present burnt particles (use of low temperatures unlike the spray dryer)
even in wet environments (ideal for long haulage or storage)
